Payslips will be emailed to you prior to each months pay run.
They are sent from Xero and the email looks a little like the image below. Each link is unique as is each password. This is in line with data protection and keeping your personal information safe.
Your password are your initials in CAPITALS followed by your date of birth in the format ddmmyyy. So for example Jo Bloggs, born on the 30th November 1980 would be JB30111980.
Each payslip has a number of items of information including your pay that month, deductions and a total for the tax year. These will be emailed you each month prior to receiving your pay. Any problems should be directed to your line manager in the first instance.
