Team members are expected to clock in and clock out for all shifts. Please remember to clock in and out of every shift so you can evidence attendance and we can maintain an accurate fire safety log.

The Findmyshift App. This is available for both Apple and Android.

There are time clocks at each site. These can be used to clock in and clock out. Please do not remove charging cables or turn them off.

You should clock in at the start of your shift. You should clock out if you leave the building and then return. You should clock out at the end of your shift.

Do not clock in and out for anyone other than yourself and only clock in and out when you arrive and leave the site. Abuse of the system will lead to disciplinary action as per Group Policy.

Clocking in with your password

You can clock in with your findmyshift.com password by entering on the time clock.

Clocking in using a PIN

You can clock in and out using a PIN. This can be set up from the Time Clock Station by clicking on “Enter Pin” and then “Setup Pin”. You will need to know your login details to do this but it will then be simpler to enter when clocking in and out. It can be up to 6 digits long, but can also be shorter.

Clocking in with a QR Code

The easiest way to clock in and out is by using a QR code. You can do this by hitting the Scan QR code button and then using your own phone to scan the QR code in the findmyshift app. This works for both Apple and Android.

You will need to go to the App, open the menu and then select “Scan QR Code” and then scan the code from the Clock in Station.

Clocking from the App

If you work for Care at Home then you will need to clock in from the Findmyshift App. This is available for both Apple and Android.

You do this by opening the app and then hitting the Clock Symbol in the top of the screen. Once you clock in it goes Green like this.

To clock out just hit the clock again. You must allow location services if you use this so that the location of clocking in and out can be tracked. If location services are not activated then we cannot verify your times.

Any issues then please see your line manager who should be able to help. Please remember to clock in and out of every shift so you can evidence attendance and we can maintain an accurate fire safety log.
