If you want to share or create a link of a file then you can do this from the shared folders. This is helpful for large files or the newsletter.
Find the file that you want to share and make sure it is shared server.
Right click and chose “Get Link”
This will bring up a window that has the link. You can “Apply and copy” or you can enable a password, or select a validity period.
All shared company information needs to be stored on the shared servers – as per our IG guidance.
