Any member of staff can call 01202 130130 or email via the online referral form to discuss how “Here For Each Other” could help them with some bespoke 1-1 support. The Wellbeing Hub has coaches and clinicians trained in mental and physical health. They are available to listen in a non-judgemental way and, if needed, suggest ways of accessing further support. Support ranges from wellbeing coaching to physiotherapy, counselling, psychological therapy and mental health, and from gentle hand-holding to a complete overhaul.

NHS Mind Plan
NHS Mind Plan is a government initiative to identify and try and help with mental health issues in health care workers. It is free.
Headspace is a Medication App. If you have a company NHS email account then you can sign up for using this link for a free account until 31st December 2020.
Register your account on the following link using your email address and follow the instructions on screen: https://www.headspace.com/
Once you have created your account, you will be able to download the app on your mobile device and login to access the headspace content.
Happify is the single destination for effective, evidence-based solutions for better mental health. It is free to download with in-app purchases and there is a website as well.
Got a problem, need local help? StepFinder pin-points your nearest local support service and shows you how to get there using your phone. It shows you tips and recommendations from other young people so you know what to expect when you use a service for the first time. StepFinder is a totally free and confidential. So take control, and navigate to the right support.
