Introduction

WCN Care uses zoho.com to provide email and calendars across the organisation. Some users will also have access to NHS mail to share sensitive information with stakeholders in the area.

Work Computer

On your work computer you can login to your email by going to mail.zoho.com and using the login details you were provided with. More help via the Zoho support site https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/getting-started.html

Phone and handheld devices

On your phone we recommend that you download the zoho mail app for iPhone and Android.

There is support for the Zoho mail app on the zoho website.

All users

URGENT – PLEASE TURN OFF SMART FILTERS. SMART FILTERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENABLED WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREATED. PLEASE GO TO SETTINGS AND THEN SCROLL DOWN AND TOGGLE THE ENABLED/DISABLED BUTTON, MAKING SURE THAT SMART FILTERS IS SET TO DISABLED.

On your mobile device you can download the Zoho mail app to access emails and calendars from your own mobile device.

Download the app and login with your credentials. If you want notifications then allow this when prompted.
